Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every Predictchart customer to feel confident about their booking. This Refund and Cancellation Policy sets out exactly when you can cancel a session, when you are eligible for a refund, how much you will receive, and how long it takes. Please read it carefully before making a payment. By completing a booking on Predictchart, you agree to the terms below.

1. Cancellations by the customer

Cancellations more than twenty-four hours before the scheduled session start time: full refund of the amount paid, minus payment gateway charges where those are non-refundable by the gateway.

Cancellations within twenty-four hours of the scheduled session start time: fifty percent refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations within two hours of the scheduled session start time or after the session has begun: no refund. The session is considered delivered.

To cancel, email contact@predictchart.com from your registered email with your order ID and the reason for cancellation. You will receive a confirmation and a refund reference within twenty-four business hours.

2. Cancellations by the astrologer

If an astrologer cancels your booking before the session begins, you will receive a full refund within seven to ten business days, along with the option to book an equivalent session with another verified astrologer on Predictchart.

If an astrologer fails to show up for a confirmed session (a no-show on their side), you will receive a full refund plus a platform credit equal to ten percent of the session value, valid for ninety days. Notify us within twenty-four hours of the missed session.

3. Technical failures

If a payment is captured but no booking is created due to a technical error on Predictchart or the payment gateway, the full amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within seven to ten business days without any action required from you.

If a session is disconnected due to a Predictchart platform outage and cannot be resumed within thirty minutes, you will be offered either a full refund or a complimentary rescheduled session of the same duration and astrologer at no extra cost.

4. Quality concerns

Astrology is an interpretive and personal practice. Difference of opinion, predictions you disagree with, or guidance that is not to your liking are not grounds for a refund.

If you believe a session was cut short, if the astrologer was unprofessional, or if the service delivered clearly did not match what was promised on the listing, please raise a quality complaint within forty-eight hours of the session. Write to contact@predictchart.com with your order ID, the astrologer's name, and a clear description of the issue.

Our team will review the session logs, the astrologer's notes, and any recorded evidence. Where the complaint is substantiated, we will offer one of the following at our discretion: a full refund, a partial refund, a complimentary rescheduled session, or platform credit. Predictchart's decision on quality complaints is final.

5. Founding 500 membership

The Founding 500 membership onboarding fee of nineteen rupees is non-refundable once access has been granted to the member dashboard and benefits have been unlocked. This is because the benefits include immediate platform credits, badges, and priority access which cannot be reclaimed.

If for any reason you believe you were charged in error, write to contact@predictchart.com within seven days and we will investigate in good faith.

6. How refunds are paid

Refunds are always paid back to the original payment method used for the booking. We cannot refund to a different card, UPI handle, or bank account for security and fraud prevention reasons.

Refunds processed through PayU or Razorpay typically reflect in the customer's account within seven to ten business days of approval. Delays beyond this window are almost always caused by the issuing bank and should be raised with them directly, quoting the refund reference we provide.

7. GST on refunds

Where applicable, Goods and Services Tax collected on the original booking is refunded proportionally along with the refund amount.

8. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage customers to contact Predictchart support before raising a chargeback with their bank or card network. Almost every issue can be resolved faster and more fairly through direct support.

Raising a chargeback after a legitimate session has been delivered, or attempting to abuse the refund system, may result in permanent suspension of your Predictchart account.
