1. About Predictchart

Predictchart is a consumer marketplace that connects customers with verified Vedic astrologers for paid consultations, readings, and guidance sessions. Predictchart is the operator of the website predictchart.com and the Predictchart mobile application.

The registered legal name of the business is Predictchart. Our principal place of business is Faridabad, Haryana, India - 121002. Our primary contact email is contact@predictchart.com and our phone number is +91 92179 21669.

Predictchart does not itself provide astrology readings. Predictchart provides the technology, the prediction logging system, the payment gateway integration, and the trust layer that allows independent Vedic astrologers to deliver consultations to customers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old to create an account, book a consultation, or make any payment on Predictchart. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

If you are accessing Predictchart on behalf of another person, you warrant that you have full authority to bind that person to these Terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@predictchart.com of any unauthorised use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, including your full name, valid email address, date and place of birth, and payment details where applicable. Providing inaccurate birth details may affect the quality of your consultation and is not grounds for a refund.

Predictchart reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, attempts to abuse the refund system, or engages in fraudulent, harassing, or illegal activity.

4. Services offered

Predictchart offers paid Vedic astrology consultation services across multiple categories including birth chart readings, career guidance, marriage and kundali matching, relationship compatibility, health and wellness guidance, and annual varshphal forecasts. Predictchart may also offer a Founding 500 membership at a promotional price. Founding membership benefits are described on the Founding 500 section of our homepage and are subject to the terms set out there.

Predictchart reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. Where a service is discontinued after payment, you will be offered an alternative session of equal value or a full refund.

5. Booking, pricing, and payments

All consultation prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax. The price shown at checkout is the total amount you will be charged. Predictchart does not add hidden fees at billing.

Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third party payment gateways including PayU and Razorpay. Predictchart does not store full card numbers or CVVs on its own servers.

Once a payment is successfully captured, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details and a digital invoice. If payment fails, no booking is created and no amount is debited from your account.

In the rare event that a payment is captured but no booking is created due to a technical error, the full amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within seven to ten business days.

6. Conduct during consultations

You agree to treat astrologers on Predictchart with respect. Harassment, abuse, discrimination, threats, or sexually inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session and permanent account suspension without refund.

You agree not to record, screenshot, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of a consultation without the explicit written consent of the astrologer and Predictchart.

Astrologers on Predictchart are independent practitioners. They may decline to answer specific questions if doing so conflicts with their ethical or spiritual code. A declined question is not grounds for a refund as long as the remainder of the session is delivered.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Our full Refund and Cancellation Policy is published as a separate document on this website and forms part of these Terms by reference. Please review that policy before making any booking.

In summary: cancellations made more than twenty-four hours before the session are fully refundable; cancellations within twenty-four hours are eligible for a fifty percent refund; no-show bookings are non-refundable unless the astrologer fails to join.

8. Intellectual property

All content on Predictchart including the Predictchart name, logo, website design, prediction scoring algorithm, astrologer accuracy framework, written content, and software code is the exclusive property of Predictchart and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Predictchart's content without prior written permission.

9. Third party services

Predictchart uses third party services including Prokerala for Vedic astrological calculations, PayU and Razorpay for payment processing, ConvertKit for email communications, and Cloudflare for infrastructure. Each of these providers has its own terms and privacy policies which apply to data processed through them.

Predictchart is not responsible for the availability, quality, or conduct of any third party service. If a third party outage affects your booking, Predictchart will reschedule your session at no additional cost.

10. Limitation of liability

Predictchart provides consultation services for personal guidance, self-reflection, and decision-timing. Astrology is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. Please read our separate Disclaimer page for the full scope of this limitation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Predictchart's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Predictchart in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Predictchart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Predictchart, its founders, employees, contractors, and partner astrologers from any claim, damage, loss, or expense arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any law or third party right.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith discussion by writing to contact@predictchart.com. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at our registered place of business, as listed on our Contact Us page.

13. Changes to these Terms

Predictchart may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Material changes to these Terms that affect your rights or obligations will be communicated to your registered email at least seven days before they take effect.
